Leash & Keys does a great job taking care of our cranky old cat and overly happy Bernese mountain dog when we’re out of town. Vivian is very conscientious and sends us updates so we know they’re in good hands. Daisy the dog also goes on walks a few times a week and she gets SO excited whenever Vivian or Michele show up at the door. They know how to handle her enthusiasm and get her to focus on walking when she would rather roll around in the grass. They’ve been so helpful to have when we’ve been busy with life stuff and we highly recommend to anyone looking for help with their pets!!

Vivian and her team are excellent. They take wonderful care of our bunny and cat. On a recent trip our sump pump failed. Vivian and the team did not skip a beat. They took care of the immediate situation in the basement and kept us informed while we were across the Pacific on a cruise to Hawaii. When we returned the damage in the basement was virtually nothing and we had the house back to rights with in hours of returning home. Now that is service above and beyond!

Leash and Keys is a reliable service which is a critical consideration when choosing a dog walking service. I travel a great deal for business and don’t want our Bernese Mountain Dog, Dakota, to be negatively impacted by that. We are able to keep her routine with the help of Vivian’s services. No matter how far away I am from home and my girl, I know that she is being cared for lovingly and reliably by Vivian – rain, snow or, shine.

Vivian has been a really great dog walker for my Jack Russell. I recently moved to Oakville and my dog has had a big adjustment to make to a new home and new routine. We have had Vivian at Leash and Keys care for our three kitties for some time now. These ladies not only provide exceptional care to our animals who are family to us, but they also go above and beyond to help out with other tasks when we are away for a period of time. We sincerely have such peace of mind when out of town knowing that Leash and Keys will be popping in for the cats, and also checking in on our home.
